A- WWe happily offer refunds and exchanges on all our products with the exception of Special Offer and Clearance  items which refunds or exchanges are not allowed.

A- Go to our website, top right corner click on ACCOUNT go to LOG IN page and scroll down to reset the password. You then will receive an email with a once off password.

Q- Who do you ship with?

A- We ship all orders with Australia Post.  Tracking is sent when your order is marked as shipped.  Parcels will be left in a safe place unless specified in your delivery instruction notes at checkout.
